This mansion is on everyone's favorite street in Downtown Las Vegas. Joe Blasco developed the street in the 60's and his 5600 sf mansion was the last home to be built. Several of the original owners are still there. Mr. Blasco developed the street for custom homes, and named it after his daughter. Maria Elena Drive is a showplace collection of Mid Century Modern design. In the 1980's Mr. Blasco was the developer of Spanish Trails, one of the first luxury golf course communities in Las Vegas.

The home is the original footprint, and has not had any additions or alterations done to the original structure. An extra large formal living and dining room provides lots of spillover room for the biggest of parties in the family room with its full service bar.
